If I could give 10 stars I would! From the second I walked into the shop for my bridal appointment I was greeted with smiling faces and helpful staff. The nerves I had going into my first ever dress try on were high and immediately upon entering the ladies there made me feel calm, confident and so welcomed. Jess and Marta listened to everything I had to say both good and bad about all of the dresses I tried on and worked like bees to swap dresses in and out of my room until we found the perfect dress. They made the try on process run so smoothly, by having the dresses unzipped and ready for me to slip into. They took out any no go's and compiled a top 5 list for me, based on my opinions on each dress. They noticed I was getting hot from all the movement and brought a fan into my dressing room to cool me down. I didn't make a final decision until the next day as I had a second appointment elsewhere. The ladies moved their schedule around and allowed me to come back after not finding anything better at my second appointment to try my top 5 on again, and officially say YES to the dress! The girls made my family and friends feel so welcomed, listened to what they wanted to see, and treated them with mimosas. My time at Jackie J's was truly an unforgettable experience and I will tell everyone I can to go to Jackie's and support LOCAL. I have never in my life felt so confidant and loved on. Cheers to Jackie J's, and all the wonderful women who helped me to feel so special on such an unforgettable day.

Jess and Marla are amazing. I went into Jackie Js for the second time on a Friday morning with no appt (don’t recommend this as it's a bad time with weekend weddings) but due to my life it's what worked.. They were amazing. I didn't have a bridal entourage just went myself as that's more my style. Never made me feel unwelcomed (other shops I visited w/out appts did) they let me look around without following me all over with a million questions allowing me truly to look at gowns. When asked my budget they never once made me feel less. The whole experience is one I couldn’t even make up but long story short I found the perfect dress. When I tried it on they both came over. We hugged, we teared up (another long story) and off I went with my beautiful dress. I highly recommend Jackie Js and these 2 ladies who went above and beyond for me. Thanks ladies! XOXO

Jess and Marla are amazing! When asked my budget they didn't make me feel any less and it's a story I couldn't even make up but long story short I found the perfect dress and when I tried it on and hugged these ladies we all shared tears (another long story) but I highly recommend Jackie Js and in particular these 2 ladies. Kylie is an absolute gem!! I’ve never experienced a more intuitive and eager to please sales associate. Normally dress shopping can feel daunting but she made the experience fun for my bestie and she just knew what she truly wanted. Kyle brought options galore but was quickly able to edit down some ideas for the bride to be, so that she could realize her dream!! Thank you so much Kylie.. you’re truly a talent for this establishment!!💕

I am so grateful I chose Jackie J's Formal Wear to buy my bridal gown! Jess was so welcoming and treated me like she already knew me. Even though I had an idea in mind of what I was looking for, she had me try on several different gowns just to see how they looked and to give me the full dress shopping experience which I will never forget.
